Steve P. Morrows

Steve Morrows is the Executive Vice President and Co-Director of Leasing for RFR Realty. In addition to co-managing the six-million-square-foot leasing portfolio, Mr. Morrows is actively engaged in spearheading the day-to-day leasing activities at 375 Park Avenue (the landmark Seagram Building), one of the most coveted office addresses in the world and the crown jewel of the venerable RFR portfolio as well as 390 Park Avenue (the renowned Lever House), downtown trophy office tower 17 State Street and marquee property 757 Third Avenue, a 460,000-square-foot class A office building located at the northeast corner of 47th Street in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

Before joining RFR, Steve spent seven years with Rockrose Development Corporation as Vice President and Director of Office Leasing. There Steve oversaw acquisitions, leasing and asset management for the firm’s New York office building portfolio, which included the prestigious Carnegie Hall Tower, 645 Madison Avenue, 300 Park Avenue South and 90 Broad Street. Prior to Rockrose, Steve held a leasing position at the highly regarded Heitman/JMB Properties Company where he was responsible for the leasing of 1211 Avenue of the Americas, 900 Third Avenue and 40 Broad Street.  Early in his career, he was an accountant at Schroeder Real Estate.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Seton Hall University and is active with several committees of both the Real Estate Board of New York and the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association. Steve is also on the Board of Directors of The Carnegie East House, New York City’s premier non-profit enriched senior housing community.
