Senior Vice President of RFR Realty, Oliver manages the leasing for 9 Class A and B office buildings and 4 retail locations in several of Manhattan’s busiest markets including the Grand Central and Plaza Districts, Flat Iron, SOHO and Upper East Side. The properties include 400 Park Avenue, 757 Third Avenue, 980 Madison Avenue, 275 Madison Avenue, 160 Fifth Avenue, 516 Fifth Avenue, 518 Fifth Avenue, 520 Fifth Avenue, 608 Fifth Avenue, 350 West Broadway, 300 East 64th Street, 425 Fifth Avenue, 22 East 71st Street and 219 East 67th Street.
Over the past five years Oliver has closed over 150 transactions for RFR totaling over 400,000 square feet with a total rent over term exceeding $250 million.
Prior to RFR, Oliver represented owners and tenants in both office and industrial properties in Miami, FL for ComReal Miami, Inc., a leading South Florida boutique commercial real estate firm. He was also an analyst in the Sales and Acquisitions group of MetLife’s Real Estate Investment department in Manhattan. Oliver earned an MBA in Management from Fordham University and a BA in Political Economics from the University of Hartford.
