Garett L. Varricchio Senior Vice President
Garett Varricchio brings ten years of corporate real estate experience to RFR Realty LLC, having been involved in over 150 real estate transactions across the Tri-State area.
Garett previously worked as Assistant Vice President at Trinity Real Estate. While at Trinity, Garett completed over twenty office and retail lease transactions within a portfolio that encompassed 6 million square feet across 13 buildings, with an aggregate rent commitment of over $30 million.
Prior to that, at CB Richard Ellis' Midtown Manhattan office, Garett was appointed the exclusive leasing agent for 501 Seventh Avenue. He was involved with the 501 Seventh Avenue capital improvement project ($53 million), which required substantial building infrastructure upgrades as well as a pre-build/tenant fit-out program. Due to a proactive leasing/marketing approach, the building maintained an occupancy level of 97%-99%.
Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Garett focused on real estate brokerage and consulting at CRESA Partners, an international firm based in New York City. He has sourced and serviced client projects of various sizes from inception to closing, and has managed 'post-transaction' follow-through to ensure proper landlord/tenant relations. His understanding of leasing and operational issues has proven to be a valuable asset to his clients.
Garett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University at Albany and is an active member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association, as well as The Real Estate Board of New York.
