RFR Realty Announces 12 New and Renewed Leases at the Seagram Building, 375 Park Avenue
May 2003
In a market where office buildings in New York are now typically experiencing little leasing activity, the Seagram Building proves it is still among the most sought-after corporate locations in all of New York. The team of Steve Morrows, RFR Realty's Vice President of Leasing for the Seagram Building, along with RFR Realty Senior Vice President Richard Farley and Vice President David Panzirer has just negotiated 12 new and renewed leases at the property.
"The clamor for space at this building is amazing," said Mr. Morrows. "Just since the beginning of the year our team has completed a dozen deals. That goes to prove that well-located, well-maintained office space with the best amenities will succeed in any market."
The new leases at the Seagram Building are:
* Moore North America, Inc., a commercial printing company,
for 5,146 square feet on the 26th floor. Dan Knopf of Insignia ESG represented the tenant.
