16-Year Veteran of RFR Holding Relocates To Cyprus Broadening Manhattan Owner/Developer’s Global Reach

NEW YORK – Neil Kennedy, a 16-year veteran of renowned real estate owner/developer RFR Holding, has relocated to the European Union Republic of Cyprus to focus on opportunistic investment abroad.  Mr. Kennedy first teamed with RFR principals Aby Rosen and Michaels Fuchs in 1991 when they founded their Manhattan firm.

Mr. Kennedy will now uncover real estate opportunities in Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, other Eastern European countries, the Greek Isles and Dubai. Mr. Kennedy’s strategic location in Cyprus, an important offshore banking center, places him within an approximate two-hour airplane flight to any potential investment location.

“We’re very excited that Neil has launched a new endeavor focusing on opportunities in Eastern Europe, Greece, and the UAE,” said Aby Rosen. “His prowess for identifying undervalued properties and permitting us to imbue such assets with the RFR imprimatur has led to a nearly two-decade long successful track record on our behalf.  In expanding our global reach, Neil permits us to increase RFR’s brand visibility to properties beyond the U.S and Western Europe, in the most desirable of emerging markets. We are delighted to make our foray in to this region with Neil on the ground, lighting our way.”
